Hi, I'm Nicole.

I'm a specialty coffee professional, working as a barista, roaster, trainer and competitor in the specialty coffee industry. I currently live and work in Berlin, Germany.

When I'm not behind the bar making coffees, I'm working with Next Level Coffee, making coffee-based cocktails, and competing in barista, brewers cup, latte art and cocktail competitions around the world. I'm a four-time German coffee champion, and have competed in and coached for a number of global competitions. I'm also a qualified and licensed Specialty Coffee Association Trainer, and provide classes on coffee knowledge and barista skills.

As a 'coffee sommelier', I am driven by a passion for flavour, experience, and expression. Whether on the competition stage, in professional hospitality settings, or in the comfort of someone’s home, I believe coffee is more than just a drink – it’s a sensory journey that everyone can enjoy.
 

Through years of competing, training, and working in high-level coffee environments, I’ve honed my skills in crafting exceptional coffee experiences. My focus is on pushing boundaries, refining techniques, and helping others explore the full potential of coffees from across the globe. From competition routines to café workflows and home brewing rituals, I strive to make coffee an unforgettable experience for everyone.
